Had a pretty fun dinner here recently. The food took a while but the chef did come and apologize for the delay. The food was great and the bartenders were personable. Will definitely come back again. I would recommend reserving a private table for larger groups as it was hard to hear each other by the entrance.
The place is nice, good atmosphere! But we had to wait for 25 minutes, even though the table was empty. We arrived and couldn't sit down. Beer is hot and has few varieties. I lack beer options, but I think the focus of the house is drinks. People are excited.
A restaurant with a club on the second floor, Cove Lounge serves southern food with a carribean touch. My lobster mack and cheese was fresh and tasty. My friend got the honey glazed wings and said it was not fresh so that was disappointing. The rum punch cocktail was very good. Service was excellent. The club has a lounge area which is cozy and relatively spacious. The dj played mainly Jamaican music.
I will start off by saying that the food was OK. I know it may look really good but it was alright. My friend and I came here on our happy hour bar hop adventure and ordered a couple of rum punches and some food. Our food took HELLA LONG to come out. We didn't even notice because we were too busy drinking but it had to be like a good 40 min we were waiting and it wasn't even crowded. I noticed it took that long because we had soo many drinks. so, here we are drinking all these drinks with NO FOOD. Thats insane. I see why i never ordered food from here. This was the first and probably last time. I usually just come to party downstairs.
In conclusion, the waiters were very nice. lol
My bf & I went here a couple weeks ago and the overall experience was dope. The only thing was the wait for a table. We literally stood in line for an hour & half! The food was great, I got crispy shrimp & spicy fries and my bf got the lobster mac. The drinks were strong, just how we like em lol The music was loud & had everybody grooving. The wait staff was attentive & this is why we tipped big. Cool experience 😎
This place is really nice to just hang out and chill. Came here for Fat Tuesday and it was good. Really good music (had a live DJ) L. Was really impressed by their drinks l; loved the Crushed Orange and Raspberry Cosmo!
Had a great time! Food, drinks and DJ were perfect. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. If you like salad,, make sure to get garden salad, unlike any other garden salad.. Will definitely go back!
My friends and I were looking for a place to sit down, eat and have a drink. The Cove is a place I visited a time or two. Tonight was a good night to come because they weren't too packed and we were able to get seats right away.
The place is designed unique with a front bar and seating area, a back bar and back room and a downstairs lounge. Its dimly lit but I like the ambience. The service was good from the bartenders and the waitress. I had a Cabernet sauvignon and it was so smooth and good. I enjoyed my time here.
